Please note: In order to reserve a date, 50% of the rental rate is due upon signing a contract.
The second 50% is broken into two payments which are due 3 months and 1 month prior to the event.

Full Ceremony

The venue will be available for wedding events on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday throughout the year. Saturday bookings will command a premium over the other available days, with Saturdays at $6,500 and Fridays/Sundays at $6,000.

Bookings include access to the grounds for 8 hours the day of the event, along with use of the bridal and groom suites. The client’s vendors will have access to the catering staging kitchen and other areas deemed necessary to serve their clients. Included in the price of venue rental, each event will have an onsite coordinator assigned to ensure everything runs smoothly. 

The package includes chairs for the ceremony, tables and chairs for the reception, catering tables, access to the catering kitchen, and use of the formal gardens. The wedding party will also have access to the property for one hour Wednesday or Thursday evening before their event to perform a rehearsal.

Two-Day Rental

For individuals wishing to have both their rehearsal dinner and wedding ceremony and reception at Annabella, we offer a two-day rental at a rate of $11,000. All amenities included in the Full Ceremony package will be extended during both days.

Micro Wedding

A micro wedding is a small, intimate gathering, generally no more than 50 guests, to celebrate a couple’s marriage. This option is for couples that are not interested in the extravagance associated with a full wedding but would still like their marriage to be celebrated in a romantic setting.

Includes: 4 hours the day of the event, use of the bridal and groom suites, onsite coordinator assigned to ensure everything runs smoothly, chairs for the ceremony, tables and chairs for the reception, catering tables, access to the catering kitchen, and use of the formal gardens. The couple and bridal party, usually limited to 2 attendants each, can arrive prior to ceremony time to have a mini rehearsal. For the micro wedding, receptions tend to be more limited in scope and include a cake and punch style reception.

Our 4-hour, 50 guest Micro Wedding is priced at $2000 and is limited to Tuesday through Thursday. You may use an officiant of your choosing, or we can provide one for an additional charge. If you are planning your Micro Wedding in the near future, less than 6 weeks out, please contact us for weekend availability.

Mini Ceremony (Minimony)

Some couples enjoy our simplest package of all. The Minimony is an excellent alternative to a courthouse style wedding. Starting at $1,000, the Minimony wedding includes two hours for the bride, groom, parents and guests to have a private ceremony and access to the grounds for photos.

Our 2-hour, 15 guest Minimony is limited to Tuesday through Thursday. You can purchase additional hours for more guests/rental time. You may use an officiant of your choosing, or we can provide one for an additional charge. If you are planning your Minimony in the near future, less than 6 weeks out, please contact us for weekend availability.

Corporate Events

The venue will offer corporate clients the opportunity to host sophisticated, impressive events. Whether it is a conference, product launch, gala, company Christmas party, or summer celebration, our venue will provide the perfect setting to make the event one-of-a-kind.

In addition, corporate clients can host professional association meetings at the venue. Weeknight corporate social events will be offered at $2000, daytime events at $1000, and weekend corporate events will be offered at the cost of the full wedding at $6500. If you are planning your corporate event in the near future, less than 6 weeks out, please contact us for weekend availability and reduced pricing.

Social Events

The venue will also make itself available for other social events and gatherings. Whether the client is celebrating a milestone birthday, hosting a bridal shower, or planning a family reunion, our venue is the perfect canvas for their special occasion. Price for social events will be determined at the time of booking based upon length and number of expected attendees.

Digital Photo Booth – at a spot of your choosing, we can set up a digital photo booth. Guests can go and have their picture made and email or text themselves copies. Bonus is that you get a copy of the pictures too! Additional Fee for photo booth set up.


Officiant – $300-500
Audiovisual Set Up – If you would like to do a slide show during your reception, we are happy to ensure that a projector is ready for your use. We suggest setting the slide show up in the Front Room or the Tea Room. Additional Fee for Audiovisual set up is XX.

Bar Service $1000 Guests provide the alcohol (Beer, Wine and Champagne) and the venue provides bartender, security guard, and ice.

Photo Sessions$100 You and your photographer can book a session to take photographs in our beautiful formal gardens. Bridal portraits, engagement photos, senior photos, graduation, homecoming, etc. A two-hour session books for $100, appointment required. Please be aware that times are limited for sessions and must occur on non-wedding days. Also, while you will be the only photography session occurring during your booked time, other activities may occur on the premises, such as potential bridal tours.
